According to data from GLSS 7, more than 3.5 million, or 28.2 percent of all children in Ghana live in poverty.
Vera Andoh Foundation(VAF) is a high-spirited community development and an advanced oriented organization that is made up of young individuals and staunch volunteers working together for the development and evolution of rural and inner-city communities. It is a fully registered non-profit volunteer organization inaugurated in 2022 by pliant and results oriented team players from Ghana to aid in a vast range of developmental projects in operational areas.
We look out for orphans (by supporting and initiating continuing means of income-sustaining activities) and the underprivileged in society. We also endeavor to help the socially demean people such as children and women.
Currently, we operate in Ghana but we aim to extend our mission to other African countries as well as developing countries in the world.
